Here are some of the steps I will take to find your perfect home:
Determine Your Needs & Desires
This is the single most important step. By sitting down and talking with you, and more importantly, by listening to you, I will establish what your needs, desires and price parameters are. My goal is to not waste your time by showing you properties that are not suitable. Throughout the buying process I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests.
Pre-Qualification
 This is the second most important step. By getting pre-qualified your financial institution will be able to establish, based on your income and debts, the maximum mortgage amount that you will qualify for. This information together with your downpayment will determine the price range of your home.
Home Shopping
We will use every available method to locate a property that matches your search parameters. This will include properties listed with our office, offered through other real estate companies, as well as unlisted properties. We will disclose all known facts about the property. When we find the home that meets your criteria, we will prepare the offer, negotiate on your behalf, and act as a liason between you, your lawyer and the seller.
